About Founders First Bootcamp Program

The Bootcamp Program is designed to provide business owners with the skills, tools, and perspectives needed to achieve large-scale growth in their business through an effective growth and funding plan. 

Allen F. Maxwell, is a retired U.S. Navy Officer, a former federal employee with a combined 36 years of federal experience. Allen's military career spanned from the enlisted ranks to the officer's corps. As a Business Leader he has lead and developed several personal businesses for over the past 14 years, including owning a store front retail packaging and shipment business to starting up and developing a Clothing Textile Manufacturing business and a Federal Defense Technical Contracting firm.

She has raised more than $30 million in institutional venture financing, created over 500 premium wage jobs and has founded or served as a key executive for six successful ventures, including showUhow (acquired by Sellpoints), DriveCam (now Lytx) and Seminarsource. Before devoting her energies to entrepreneurship, Ms. Folsom was an executive at National Dispatch Center, Luce Forward and Alltel Systematics and Great American First.
